Bluetooth on the SN30 Pro+ is mode-aware: power on with the combo for your platform, then hold PAIR for three seconds the first time so it appears. Use Change Grip/Order on Switch, or pick the controller in your device's Bluetooth list elsewhere. After the initial pairing it auto-reconnects to that platform when you press START. If it won't connect, factory reset first, then re-pair.
