BT mode is the general Bluetooth mode for phones, tablets and PCs. Set the Mode switch to BT, power on with HOME, hold PAIR for 3 seconds, and pick the controller in your device's Bluetooth list. For Nintendo Switch use the S position instead, and for the low-latency dongle use 2.4G. It reconnects to its last Bluetooth host automatically after the first pairing.
