The Cyclone 2 selects its platform by which colored mode button you hold, and the HOME indicator color confirms it: red = Switch, amber = Android, blue = iOS/Windows Bluetooth, green = 2.4G dongle. A steady color means it is connected. Each mode remembers its last host, so afterwards a tap of HOME reconnects.

FAQ

It will not appear in my phone's Bluetooth list.
Make sure you held the correct mode button until HOME blinks fast. If it still won't show, hold HOME + SHARE for 2 sec to force pairing mode, then search again.
Which name does it show over Bluetooth?
Android shows [GameSir-Cyclone 2]; iOS and Windows show it as a DUALSHOCK 4 / Wireless Controller because it pairs in DS4 mode.
