The AYANEO Kun runs Windows 11, so the normal reset is the built-in Windows recovery: Settings → System → Recovery → Reset this PC, where you can Keep my files or Remove everything. Alternatively, the AYANEO image restore reinstalls the factory Windows image: power off, hold VOL+ + RC + Power, release Power when the fans/RGB come on, keep holding VOL+ + RC until the restore screen, then confirm with the green NEXT button. This erases all files on the device. Keep the device charging throughout and do not interrupt the process. After a full reset, run AYASpace and Windows Update again to restore drivers.
