  3. 3Power back on with HOME + your platform combo (e.g. HOME + Y for Switch).

The Cyclone has no full factory wipe; the pinhole Reset on the back is a hard restart for a frozen controller. Press it to force the unit off, then power on and re-pair as normal. Clearing the old [GameSir-T4 Cyclone] entry from the host's Bluetooth list before pairing again resolves most stubborn connection issues.

FAQ

Does Reset erase my button mapping?
No. The pinhole only restarts the controller; custom L4/R4 maps and Turbo settings are kept. Re-pairing also keeps them.
Where is the Reset hole?
It is the tiny pinhole on the back of the controller; use a SIM-eject pin or a straightened paperclip.
