Steps

Tarantula Pro firmware (controller and 2.4G dongle) is updated with GameSir Connect on Windows — there is no firmware updater in the mobile app. Early units shipped with buggy firmware (d-pad double-clicks, drift, low polling), so update both. Warning: match the firmware file to your SN prefix and do not unplug mid-update — the wrong file can brick the controller.

Can I update from the GameSir mobile app?
No. Use GameSir Connect on Windows. The controller updates over USB-C; the dongle updates while held in pairing mode in the PC's USB port.
GameSir Connect won't update the dongle.
